Delivery information

We usually dispatch orders within one working day. Standard delivery normally takes 2–4 days. UK delivery is free on orders of £15 or more. A paid next-day service is also available.

Late missing or damaged deliveries

The delivery options available for your order and the final delivery charge are confirmed before you pay. For late, missing or damaged deliveries, contact hello@hippowarehouse.com with your order number so we can investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to. You do not have to resolve a claim with our carrier yourself.

Unless another delivery time has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days. If we miss an agreed deadline, your legal rights may include setting an appropriate further deadline or ending the contract immediately in circumstances such as an essential delivery date agreed before purchase.
