HHI Terms of Use and End-User Licence Agreement
Hyper Hippo Intelligence (HHI)

1. About HHI and these terms
HHI is an internal reporting and decision-support application provided by FCTONLINE LIMITED, trading as Hippowarehouse, company number 08763182, of Unit 5 Chelsea Close, Off Amberley Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS12 4HP, United Kingdom (“we”, “us” or “our”).
These terms govern authorised use of HHI. HHI is provided for our own business and its authorised staff, contractors and advisers. It is not offered as a public subscription service. Access to these public terms does not grant access to the application.
By using HHI after these terms have been made available to you, you agree to follow them. They supplement applicable confidentiality, security and access rules and do not replace your employment or services agreement.
2. Permission to use the application
While authorised by us, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use HHI solely for the business tasks assigned to you. That permission ends when your authorisation ends.
Only access information required for your role. Keep credentials confidential, follow our access instructions and promptly report suspected misuse, loss of credentials or disclosure of business information.
You must not share access with an unauthorised person, connect another business's accounts without our approval, bypass security controls, interfere with the application or export information for an unauthorised purpose. Do not upload information you are not entitled to provide. HHI's downloaded accounting records must not be copied to cloud storage, cloud backups or external cloud AI services.
3. QuickBooks and other connected services
Connecting a company account requires the necessary authority and permissions in that service. Connect only accounts approved for HHI. Intuit's authorisation screen describes the access requested; the current HHI accounting connector limits its behaviour to retrieving information and does not create or change accounting entries.
QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's terms and availability. HHI is operated by FCTONLINE LIMITED; Intuit is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for providing HHI support. References to QuickBooks do not imply endorsement by Intuit.
You can revoke an authorised connection through QuickBooks' connected-app controls or ask us for help. Reconnecting requires the appropriate authorisation. Revoking access does not automatically remove previously imported records, amend the source accounts or cancel a QuickBooks subscription.
4. Reports and decisions
HHI combines records to help assess cash flow, profitability, costs and operating performance. Results depend on the completeness, timing, classification and accuracy of the source records and the assumptions used in analysis. Estimates, unmatched records and incomplete periods can affect conclusions.
Check material outputs against the source records and obtain appropriate professional review before relying on them for accounting, tax, financial or employment decisions. HHI output does not by itself establish that accounts are complete or that a transaction is correct. Sample-company and test results must not be treated as actual business results.
5. Information, confidentiality and intellectual property
Business records and personal information must be handled in accordance with your authorised role, applicable confidentiality obligations and our HHI Privacy Policy (https://hippowarehouse.com/pages/hhi-privacy-policy). Connecting a service does not transfer ownership of its records to Intuit, other users or the application developer.
Rights in HHI software and documentation remain with their respective owners. These terms grant permission to use the application, not ownership of its software. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences.
6. Availability, changes and ending access
HHI is developed and maintained for internal use. Features may change and access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults, security needs or changes to connected services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular support response time.
We may restrict or end access when it is no longer needed, when a role changes, or to protect information or investigate misuse. When access ends, stop using HHI and handle any exported copies according to our instructions and applicable record-retention obligations.
7. Responsibility and applicable law
Users are responsible for staying within their authority and reviewing outputs appropriate to their task. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply.
We may update these terms as HHI develops. We will make the current version available and notify authorised users of material changes. If you cannot comply with an updated term, stop using HHI and contact us.
8. Support and contact
For HHI support, access questions, disconnection help or privacy requests, email hello@hippowarehouse.com with “HHI” in the subject. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal or accounting details.
Purchases from our retail website are governed separately by our store terms of service (https://hippowarehouse.com/policies/terms-of-service).
